We are searching for a new staff member for our RWANDA CLOTHING FACTORY in Kigali to strengthen our production team and to help and support our Production Manager Antoinette Twagirayezu in her daily work organizing our production which is planing the orders and setting deadlines, giving then the jobs to our tailors, making sure that everyone knows exactly what to do, until when and in which way and to always keep an eye on timed schedules and keeping a very well overview of course.
You should apply for the job if you have experiences already in working in a production process, you are very well familiar with time management and managing, organizing and planing processes in general, you are not shy and you can push things forward and motivate your coworkers to best performances if for example time becomes a problem and deadlines are challenging us.
Being the assistant to our Production Manager will give you many responsibilities in our RWANDA CLOTHING team and is often very stressful including overtime and sometimes working at the weekends but you will for sure never get bored, you are having new and very interesting work challenges every day, you will be able to prove that you can perform work at very high standards and this can be your chance to demonstrate that you can work harder, better and more professional then so many other people.
Further you should really love quality, professionalism and order and working hard in general.
You will first make an one month internship at our factory in Kigali which will be compensated with a small but suitable salary so that you will be able to pay for your transportation, telephone and food costs while working for us. Afterwards there is the chance for you to get a regular job as the Second Production Manager at RWANDA CLOTHING if you fit in the team, you are professional and – most important – when you show us that you can handle a whole fashion clothing production process. You will be trained at your internship for one month by our Production Manager Antoinette who is probably one of the top persons in Rwanda to organize a fashion production and by our German general manager Roman Schulz who implements European standards in our production process.
